Horizontal labeled line drawing tool?

Does anyone know of a free horizontal labeled line drawing tool that works in Globex mode? I found one that works on an individual chart but not on all charts concurrently.

Thank you for reaching out.

It may be possible to set your Drawing as a "Global Drawing Object"

If you have not already tried that, please see below:

To enable a Global Drawing Object:

1. Apply your Drawing Object to the chart

2. Access the Drawing Object's properties from the Drawing Objects dialogue

3.Locate the "Attach to" drop down menu and select "Instrument name" (All charts)
The Drawing Object will now be applied to all charts for that specific instrument as well as any new charts opened for that instrument.

Global Drawing Objects are stored even when a chart of the instrument is not open.

Also be sure to Right Click your chart -> and go to Data Series

And enable this box on all Charts:

That doesn't help & neither does this tool: https://ninjatraderecosystem.com/use...-drawing-tool/. As far as I can see this has been requested for the last 4-5 years. How can this not be native to NT8 at this point as well as a decent risk-to-reward tool!?!
