Help with importing tick data

Hello, I am having trouble importing tick data from a flash drive. The video linked below shows my issue, am I doing something wrong here?

Do you see any errors within the Log tab of the Control Center? If so can you please attach a screenshot to your reply. To capture a screenshot I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to capture a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file to your reply.

Hi, probably going to regret it in the future but I just completely replaced the db folder of my existing ninjatrader with the old one.
