    Skins

Hi guys, I've recently purchased a foot print indicator from a third party and it's designed to be used on a "dark theme" background. Is there any way I can change the background of just one chart without changing my whole NT theme? Or can you suggest a workaround for this particular chart for me please.
    Many thanks,
    DJ

    Hello DJ888,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately you cannot change the Skin of 1 particular chart.

You would need to try to manually change the background color of the Chart through its individual properties.

Right Click on the Chart > Properties > and look through the color settings:

Name:	image.png

The Chart Background would be what you would change to something darker.

This could be a good feature request to send to our development team, as I believe other clients may like to choose the themes of each chart within their workspace.

If you would like, you can use the link below to submit this request to our product team for consideration to implement in future releases:

    NinjaTrader Feature Request Form

You can use this link for future feedback or features you'd like to see as well.

Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

Hi Erick, thanks so much for this workaround - what you have suggested is the next best thing to what I did which was request from the third party that they provide me with a new NT indicator assembly that is for a white background - since a large number of people use white skin they were happy to do this and that solved the issue however there are some types of chart where a darker skin makes things easier to see so I will take your valued advice and put the request in to the dev team at NT.
Thanks again for the prompt and very usefule workaround in the meantime!
      Cheers, Adam.
