    I can't log in either. Will this be fixed before today's Euro Open, or will I get a refund for missing my trading session?

      Any updates???

      Support emailed me saying it's due to a dns issue that's been fixed. It's still not fixed. I tried rebooting the modem, using a vpn, flushing my dns, doesn't matter.

        The time stamps in these threads are really confusing. As of 01:39 AM Central Daylight Time on the 10th of July I can not log in the desktop app and also not log in to the client portal. Any Ninjatrader staff that has an update on the situation?

            Good morning, I still can't log in to Ninjatrader, with my mobile phone connection I can, but with my local internet I can't.

                Funny I can log in here on the message board but I cant log in to my account on the browser nore can I log in to the app on my VPS

                    Just attempted to login, same issue everyone else is having. The solution provided in the thread "Cannot Login after logging out"doesn't work.

                        Hello @all

                        Thank you very much for informing us of this.

                        Currently, we are aware of an issue with our DNS provider that is causing a small subset of users to have intermittent login issues.

                        While this issue is still occurring, it will self-resolve as global DNS servers continue to receive new updates. In the meantime, please use the link below to manually change your DNS server.

                        Manually Update DNS Server

                        Also as other users have mentioned, using an alternative network like mobile hotspot can temporarily be a solution.
