    Can't Login

    I keep getting this error on the desktop software and on the website login it was working this morning just fine now it's not. Here's a screenshot of the error I get.

    At this moment, we have been informed there is a widespread issue affecting all Tradovate logins/connection.

    Unfortunately, we do not have an estimate on when this will be resolved, but we expect that these connection are corrected within the next hour.

      Issue is not on Tradovate logins/connection only, it is launhing the Desktop App, can not login to the Desktop App at all

        Same...cannot login to the Desktop app at all. And 'change password' not working either.

        I am using personal NT8 lifetime license to connect to Apex/Rithmic and never had a problem until today.

        I was connected this morning, rebooted my computer for daily trading session and WOW!...cannot login to NT8 desktop!

          hi bpettee.

          It is like you wrote my post as all details are the same as what I would have said. LOL I am sure they will figure it out sooner or later. It would have been nice to log back in this afternoon to earn back some of the loss I had trading earlier today. Oh well, there is always tomorrow.

            I have exactly the same issue. I'm using Rithmic feed. I am unable to log back into Ninjatrader after briefly logging out? When will you resolve this?

                    I was logged in all day and logged out at 5pm, at 6pm i tried to log in from my VPS to the webiste AND the app and it is not letting me connect on either. I looked at my trusted devices in settings and NT deleted my VPS computer as well.

                      Some additional info that perhaps may be helpful for your tech department. Was logged in most of the day. Once I logged out, was not able to log into NinjaTrader or Tradovate from my desktop apps OR browser for most of the afternoon of 7/9/24. I can, however, login with a mobile Hotspot. I also performed all the DNS troubleshooting protocols suggested by Customer Service, but still cannot log in to any of the platforms with my regular internet connection. Live here in the Southwest US. Since some traders in this thread live in various parts of the world, it doesn't appear to be simply a local internet provider or modem issue.

                          Mine hasnt been resolved.... Also i noticed the Trusted Device with my VPS IP was deleted and I didnt delete it.

                              I can't login and password reset does not work either.
                              How much longer?

                              And is this time stamp real? If it was 12:40pm why noone is answering the e-mails or questions here?
