Platform Issue

I had an issue where NT8 lost connection to Tradovate, so I rebooted and now the logon screen says "An error occurred while sending the request" I cannot logon to the web trader because it says I have made too many attempts after trying to login one time. Any Ideas?

Same here on the desktop App "An error occurred while sending the request". E-mailed to platform support with screen shot and no acknowledgement or reply

I am glad I am not the only one experiencing trouble trying to log in. I am wondering if it has anything to do with upgrading to the newest version.

As far as I could see, there was no speculation. Also I do not think that was a very professional response. I am also having this issue again, I will respond to support@ninjatrader[dot]com. appropriately with a proffessional response.
