Position with set SL and TARGET Turning into new positon after SL, Huge Loss!

Hello guys, why this is happening? i left position overnight for long on ES with SL and Target, first the market hit my SL and i was having loss, but the target order remained and i appeared in short without sl or tg and currently in huge loss? Can you please tell me how can this happen? What should i do that this will not repeat anymore?

So I may look into this further please go to Help->Email Support and be sure to include Attn: Chris Jameson in the Subject line. Put a check in the box for "Log and trace files" and include the following information in the body of the email:

• A link to this forum thread
• The order ID was assigned to this order, you can check in the Executions or Orders tab of the Control Center
