Unable to sign in. Error message. What does this mean? It allows me to bring up my workspace, but will not allow connection to data and live account. Instructions on how to resolve will be appreceated. Thank you, DSF

Thank you for the message.

This normally means that you simply need to re-enter the Username and Password into your connection settings.

• Go to the Control Center > Connections > configure
• Click your Configured connection > Put the Username and Password back in > Click OK
• Reconnect to your account.
