How to add GC volatility index to my charts

Hi there,
I've tried the steps in order to add an instrument but i'm not having any luck.
I wish to add the VIX for the Gold ETF - it's symbol is GVZ and it's on the CBOE.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS. I have kinetick wtih appropriate subs to be able to access the live data for this instrument.

Furthermore, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so we may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
