Seriously i’ve had enough!!!!!

Guys i’m writing this all in capitals as i’’m thoroughly pissed off at the whole process of trying to connect live data!!!!
I’m currently connected to kinetick with the whole package so that there is no chance of not getting what i want and also connected and paid for cgq through nt as well for cme, nymex and comex.
All i want is the following live connections to be activated asap from nt:
My latest upgrade to cme, nymex an comex so that i can trade gc futures and cl futures.
Support for kinetick is completely hopeless - it’s going on 12 days since i started this process and i still don’t have access to the live data i need to trade!! Don’t get me wrong - nt is awesome however the data connection process is an absolute **** fight!!!
Please someone help me as a lifetime sub to nt i’m not getting data needed to trade!!

I apologise for losing my patience in this post - it was just getting to the point where it didn’t seem like I was ever going to get a solution for it and to be honest, the process for getting connected was a really confusing and difficult one with regards as to which order to connect to in the configurations settings and then also which actual one to connect to as there was multiple choices of what appears to be the same connection - i.e There was “NinjaTrader” and also “ My NinjaTrader” as options in the configuration settings which I still don’t know what the difference is between them, all I know is that I need to use the “My Ninjatrader” connection as my primary for futures live data and then once this has established connection, I then manually connect to “Kinetick” for the indexes and stocks live data. If I connect to “Kinetick” first it creates an issue and I can’t get the live futures data connected - this is just FYI for future customers.
The main thing is that everything is working fine now and I appreciate all your help in getting it that way.
