GC and CL futures data

Hi there,
I’ve subscribed to Top of book live data through NT for CME, NYMEX and COMEX - I believe this should give me the data I need to trade live GC and CL futures. Have I got this correct?
Also, will this level support tick data - or do I need level two for that? Many thanks,

Hi again, following on from the above. When I try and load a GC or CL chart I get the attached error message. Could you please try and sort this out for me from NT's end as I'd really like to start trading these instruments straight away.

If you have subscribed through Kinetick - this error means that you've subscribed to the basic service tier and will need the upgraded option in order to have access to these instruments.

Hi Luis, firstly, thank you for the feedback and suggestions. I’ve finally worked it out. Just FYI as you may be interested, what I’ve done is in my configuration for connections, I’ve made “My Ninja Trader” the primary logon selection which connects first to give me the live Futures data. After this connects, I then manually connect to “Kinetick” for the indexes and stocks live data for those instruments.

I do have a question regarding the billing for NT’s live data - does this come out of my NT futures brokerage account automatically each month, or does it come off the credit card I’ve used for the initial purchase and activation of live data?

Also, you may know this, but how does Kinetick bill for their live data? Directly from my NT brokerage account or credit card used.
