    CQG data feed is frozen?

    Hi is someone experiencing a data feed glitch right now? I am trading ES and it appears the live data feed is frozen for some reason. I am on CQG data subscription.

    yes, it was frozen from 12:05pm to 12:20pm ish ET. Support needs to chime in because this is unacceptable, especially since the bid/ask wasn't even updating

        Continuum down as well. Seems to be alive again...

          btw, this was on Continuum, so if this happened to people on other data feeds, please chime in.

            Thank you for posting.

            We had this issue reported for users connecting to NinjaTader Continuum and our Development Team is currently looking into this matter further. I will update this thread once I receive confirmation the issue has been resolved.

                Continuum on NT8/NT7 stopped here for about 20 minutes while ThinkOrSwim data was unaffected.

                    I have received confirmation this has been resolved. If you are not receiving real time data please restart NinjaTrader.

                      I heavily use Order Flow Volume Profile on my charts; when can we expect the chart data for the black out period to be refilled?

                        Did someone trip over the extension cord? What was the issue?

                          Our server team is looking into backfilling this missing data and will update this thread once I receive confirmation this has been completed.

                            I have received confirmation historical data has been backfilled. Please restart NinjaTrader and if data is still missing right click in your chart and select "Reload All Historical Data".

                              NT-Christopher,

                              Please explain what happened? This completely unacceptable as it occured at critical break out moment in markets. Seriously considering transfering my account to another broker.
