Unable to load historical data

    Unable to load historical data

    All the price action since 8 am edt fits in one bar and I'm unable to reload historical data as it is greyed out.

    I've tried rebooting my router, restarting my computer and NT.

    It also threw some error message - exception something something invocation.

    Also my Rithmic accounts are not showing in the control center, but they are showing in the chart trader.

    Thanks for any assistance.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Your platform is most likely having database issues.

    For us to confirm, please send in your log and trace files to our platform team.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

    Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.
