Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to add a template to an existing drawing object with a Hot Key.

The fastest way to apply a custom template automatically to a drawing, is to set a Default template. That will, however, apply the template to all future drawing of that kind, not just the one.

Indicator and Drawing Object Templates may be saved by selecting 'template > save' at the bottom of their Properties windows. You may even save these as the default for objects and indicators you create on future charts.
