    Live data feed - total frustration

    Hi there guys,
    I have to say, this whole process is possibly the most convoluted and complicated thing I’ve ever experienced in my 15 years of futures trading.
    Nevertheless, I’m going to skip all the things that could be improved apron (and am happy to share my experience with you once I have live data up and running - as that is how I make my living):
    Basically I would like to get the following instruments connected with live data:
    ES futures
    Gold futures
    Crude Oil futures
    SPY real time data
    Volatility indexes - live where possible.
    Now I’ve sent several emails to support@kinetick as requested by one of your colleagues however the email hasn’t reached them and been rejected by the server it would seem - so I do apologise but you and support@NT are my only avenues for getting connected.
    I’m at a loss as to how to proceed as I feel it should be very simple as I’ve applied for and been approved for “non pro” fees and sent the relevant screenshots showing my “log” tab showing the connection to “My Kinetick” and that i have a username and ID with kinetick also. So all I need is for Kinetick to connect me up to the above instruments live data asap and then charge me the non pro fees please for this service.
    I’m going on around 10 days now since I started this process and it seems to have just been brick wall after brick wall in order to just get live data connected!
    I’m sorry - I know it’s not your fault but I’m venting as all I would like to do is start using the unbelievably powerful platform that NT provides - I’m really looking forward to this but am being held back by not being able to get a live data connection.
    PS. Yes, I have a fully funded live trading account with NT.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated before I have a coronary from frustration and then that would be a big waste of my lifetime NT purchase ha ha.

    Might have to wait for a week day to get a response, US time.

        I’ve sent a request via that medium direct to Kinetick - thanks again Andy - much appreciated- hopefully they can get things up and running for me now.
