Trying to connect to Kinetick live data on iphone hotspot

Hi there,
We had an outage of our home Wifi system and so I attempted to connect NT using my iphone with it's hotspot but unfortunately none of the live data feeds would stay connected to it.
I do have a VPN running on the phone through Norton however that shouldn't be an issue considering that traders like their connections to be as secure as possible obviously. I would have thought that Kinetick would have made their connection able to deal with Norton firewalls and VPN's etc etc in this day and age.
Can you shed any light on the topic as I always thought that if something happened to our home network that I could revert to my phone to continue trading - which I can obviously close and open trades through the phone app but without live data feed you can't trade your charts of course.

We have seen some users have success using a VPN but it is not guarantee to work every time. We would recommend addressing the root of the issue and using the additional resources available in the event of running into a similar issue in the future.

Thanks Sam. I’ll try your suggestion regarding turning the hot spot on and then off again to reset it.
