Do I need to enable options data?

The option chain isn't showing up on Ninjatrader. OHLC and bid and ask shows up for the future, but none of the options. I saw on another post that the account needs options data enabled?

Then why is there even an option chain on your app

The Options Chain was something that NinjaTrader considered adding and implementing a few years back however it was not something entirely within our vision hence why we don't offer market data for it.

You can use other data providers that offer Options data, however. You can see compatible providers in the aforementioned link.
