Required Update 8.1.3.0 to 8.1.3.1

I just received the window when loading ninjatrader desktop to update versions. I go through the process and when i go to launch desktop again, I get the same message. Death Loop. I made no changes to my ninjatrader 8 folder.

Is there an option inside NT control center to update? I'm using multi provider mode ON, and it opened NinjaTrader normally without any popups about updating. Help dropdown shows it's still on 8.1.3.0
