Please make description tooptips INSTANT!

When you have any input coded (in indicator/strategy, i.e.):

[Display(Name="MyInput", Description="this input is length of blablabla")]
public int myInput { get; set; }

In UI you have to keep cursor several seconds on input to see the description text:


this is very annoying and actually NONE OF USERS (maybe 95% users) dont hold their mouses on input names to wait for description to appear.
