Unable to login to barcharts

Hello I created by barchart id that is NTbarcharts@<mycompanyname>.com

I have a premium plan. When I use the above It can't connect to barcharts. Barcharts by default uses the email address as ID and there is no way to change it. They don't have a support available on call either.

Account/login related issues would best be resolved by the account provider.

In any case, if you want us to look more into it:

Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look into what may be occurring.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.

The thing is I need US Equity Options Realtime data. I
have Kinetic subscriptions for stock, no where they list subscription for US Equity Options, but your site for data-providers shows Kinetic also provides Equity Options realtime data.

Since I am unable to get Equity Options Realtime, I am trying barcharts subscription. So can you confirm if Kinetic provides realtime Equity Options, if yes how to get it from them, if not then can u correct ur site.
