Platform is unstable - Several Bugs

I don't know what is going on, but this is getting to a point where I can clearly see a problem. I have problem with order being stuck in "Initialized" Status 2 days ago. The solution was deleting the database, (rename to old). No other explanation was given to me. The problem still happening !!!! No, it does not get stuck, but it takes several seconds to place and fill the order! I just lost money in a operation!

It happens with any account! Which means the problem is the platform.

Please someone help with this. I remember NT being fast and reliable year ago. What is happening?

Please use the instructions below to send your Log and Trace files to our support team for further analysis:

• Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to support@ninjatrader[dot]com.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
