NinjaTrader Software Restoration Issue

Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with restoring my NinjaTrader software. I exported a backup file from my home computer after making some configuration changes and tried to import it on my work computer. However, I encountered the following error message during the import process:


Error Unhandled exception: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\ VKI1\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\tmp\1197561d82a054c54bff884d09fd83049\templates\ Chart\info.xml'.


Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.

Please use the following instructions to provide us with your log and trace files:

• Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to support@ninjatrader[dot]com.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
