    Issues with Rithmic Connections

    Hello i am running two firms from rithmic, Topstep and Bulenox

    I am facing an issue when i first try to connect my bulenox account it connects, but once i disconnect and then try to connect a ts account, if i disconnect that ts account i can't connect bulenox anymore - it just stays a yellow dot.

    i know i cannot connect both at the same time.

    Any ideas what would cause this? How can i trouble shoot it?

    After disconnecting from Bulenox prior to connecting please restart NinjaTrader then connect to Topstep.

      Are you using plug in mode in either of the Rithmic connections?

        Topstep requires plugin mode, i felt it had something to do with this also.. once i connect with plugin mode once it seems to break something for bulenox which does not require plugin mode.

          It seems once i restart ninjatrader, if i don't connect to topstep first, it can connect to bulenox.

            Ya that is more annoying, you can do what everyone else with multiple Rithmic prop firms is doing any get ninjamobiletrader vps to run the 2nd Rithmic account on. I've been doing that for my TopStep accounts, so I've got TopStep Rithmic on one screen and Apex Rithmic on my other screen, connected at the same time and ninjamobiletrader vps even helped me connect them to copy trades between them before I was manually trading them separately.

              Oh is this a known issue? For some reason I felt there was a point in time I could switch between the two logins without issue. Yeah I run sandbox which allows me to run them both but it's still pretty annoying. Wonder if there's a work around

                Hi Christopher, is this the only way to work around this? it is quite inconvenient, so wanted to see if there were other ways to do it

                  You don't have to use plug in mode with topstep
