Chart Trader PL Different from Control Center PL

I'm having an issue where the Chart Trader PL is consistently different than the Control Center. I can understand momentary lags, but the difference will last more than 10 seconds or never aligns. I have a super high end PC and extremely fast internet so I don't think that's the issue. I'm using Apex Trade Copier and Rithmic. Could this be an issue with the Apex Copier or Rithmic or native to NT8?

Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate the issue.

• Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support
• Set the To field to Platform Technical Support
• Enter "Att Jason, 04452370" in the "Subject" field
• Under 'Please enter any information that you feel will help us resolve your inquiry', please enter some text.
• Make sure 'Log and trace files' is enabled
• Click Send

I get this error when trying to send a support email...

Can you please manually attach the log and trace files as per the instructions below and send the email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put "Att Jason, 04452370" in the "Subject" field of your email.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E). Then navigate to the "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Attach the 2 compressed folders as attachments in your email
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
