    ATM not saving more than one contract

    Fresh new workspace. No indicators. When I set my ATM up I want to have 2 contracts in it. But when I save the ATM after putting in the 2 contracts it automatically only saves with one contract. Ninja version 8.1.3.0 64-bit .

    Note; not sure if it matters, I am using Ninja's server side for ATMs.

    Note the order of the screen captures. c2 = creating the ATM. ct = saving the ATM as Test. c1 is the removal of one contract after I saved it. I need this fixed!

    I have not yet been able to reproduce this behavior.

    Does this also occur with different quantities or settings?

    Are you using a cloud backup provider (e.g., OneDrive)? If so, please temporarily disable it to ensure it does not affect the saved template.

      Not using cloud. It was a real pain to relocate everything in my documents folder because Ninja requires that folder. My documents folder is disconnected from the cloud. Enough of my rant.

      Anyhow, I tried changing the quantity to 5 and it does the same thing. Right now the only way I can change quantity is using the order quantity. I don't like that because I always forget and end up having too few or too many contracts on my trades.

          Do the log files automatically insert/attach to the email? You didn't say how to get the log files.

              I have narrowed down the problem. The problem is "Use server-side ATM's (beta)" If I uncheck that, I am able to create ATM's with more than one contract. That is a problem for me because I only have access to satellite Internet which disconnects all of the time.. I did send this comment to support with the support ticket I have open. I am posting here just in case someone else is having the same problem.
