NinjaTrader8 blocked in my VPS

    NinjaTrader8 blocked in my VPS

    Hello,

    I am experiencing a problem since two days.

    When I try to connect to the desktop application on my VPS I get the error shown in the image below, where it says it is blocked.
    However from the same VPS I can connect to my NT account website through the web browser.

    I have been trying to set the desktop app as a trusted device but I have not found the way to do it.

    How can I unlock the desktop app on my VPS?

        Which VPS provider are you using and why aren't they helping you with NinjaTrader support?
