I funded my account a week ago and bought market data for the instrument ES and ive been trading it in the market replay for 4days without issues. But today the market replay does not have the market data and the bar count down timer is waiting for market data. The simulation has market data. The playback control has also stopped appearing.

Please re-attempt downloading the market replay data, it might not yet have been available when it was originally downloaded.
If this still fails, please send us your log and trace files so we can best assist you further.
You can do this through the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support.
Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief note in the message referring to this post.
