re-sync strategies running on same instrument after weekend restart

I'm running some strategies on the same instrument and I know it's recommended to regularly restart NT to ensure the platform efficiency.
What's the suggested behaviour if after a restart of the platform you then want to re-sync those strategies supposing there were trades open?
Would be bettere to wait for the strategies to be flat, and only then restart the platform? Or, use the "sync all" function? Or what else?

• Allows for continuous trading without having to wait for flat positions.

For most traders, using the "Sync All" function is a practical approach, provided it is done carefully and monitored closely. However, if your strategies can afford to wait until they are flat, restarting when flat is the simplest and safest method.
