Error: Ninja Says it can not load trading hours?

Gobs of errors when opening up Ninja Trader 8. Can't figure out how to attach a pic.

To track down what occurred, please follow the steps below:

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
• Send the two compressed folders as attachments to this email: support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com
• Please include a link to this post or a brief description of the errors you encountered.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
