Unable to add debit card for funding, internal server error

"Internal Error. Error ID: a78b658d-190c-40a9-b1bc-0d7af3cd8d2b" pops up when I try to add my debit card to my account to fund it. I've been trying to fund it for the past few days and I keep getting error messages

Tried another card, error message "Internal Error. Error ID: 79d8d40d-1fb0-4ec8-8878-ed7a46afae91" popped up

"Internal Error. Error ID: 549d703d-5d01-42f5-892e-711e77d3db95" another error with another card, what is wrong with ninjatrader?!
