replay not working

Could someone please help

I don't know if this is related to the issue I am having with the trade performance not giving me any data there is a ticket raised for that.

I also cant seem to get replay to work.

Screen shot below as far as I remember everything is correct I haven't used it for a little while.

It is not printing any bars .

I have tried both market and historical data

Unfortunately, I can't see the charted instrument on your screenshot; Is it possible this instrument no longer receives data?

This would occur if you chart an instrument that expired on this date.

As a first step, please ensure the instrument was actively traded on this date and that either market replay or historical data is available for the instrument.

To confirm this, please click on Tools > Historical data.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any further questions about this or if this does not resolve the issue!

I have tried to send the log files.

I have another ongoing issue with trade performance not working.

I have also tried to send the log files to the chap that was replying to that.

I am getting the same message come up as shown below.

can i email the log files and would it be worth combining the two issues into one thing?
