Historical intraday data not populating on chart

Hi,

I was previously using IB's intraday data for SPY ( upto and including May 17 2024) and recently switched to Bloomberg's intraday data for SPY (from May 20 2024 onward). When I tried charting the data, the charts would populate upto May 20 2024 but would not go further back. Checking on the Historical Data window, all the data from both IB and Bloomberg is all there.

Can you please advise how I can "merge" the data together? I've tried restarting NT8 as well.

Could you send us the historical data in question?

I would like to take a closer look at why the data between both contracts doesn't merge.

You can do this through the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support.

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief note in the message referring to this post.

Please also expand the "Other files" section and include the Chart data in your submission.
