Why it is impossible to make 1min historical chart with 1min price data?

I think i am having same problem with this post below.

and it seems it is impossible to make 1minute chart using 1minute price data. Instead, tick data is needed to make 1min chart.

Isn't it obvious that creating a one-minute chart using one-minute price data makes more sense than relying on tick data?

Anyway if so, is there any way to transfer 1min price data(which i have) to tick data so that i can make it to 1min chart?

Or is there any other way to make 1min chart using '1min' price data?

Thank you very much for your post.

As minute data only contains five values per 60-second timeframe, it would not be possible to use this data for playback (as the chart would only update every 60 seconds).

However, the historical data should be sufficient to create a minute-based chart, as this does not use historical tick data.
