Ninjatrader & Topstep not showing accounts

Hello!

I am having issues with my ninjatrader not showing any topstep accounts even though the connection is successful. I am using parallels on my macbook and have rithmic running in the background to connect to NInjatrader. My apex connection works. However when topstep successfully connects and shows a green dot, nothing appears. Any ideas? It would be much appreciated!

Mac parallels isn't officially supported by NinjaTrader so you're on your own. On my mac I followed the Apex instructions option #1 and they also helped me with screen sharing to connect all the accounts: https://support.atf.com/hc/en-us/art...e-Using-My-Mac
