    Trader order

    Hello .I have this ghost BUY order on my NQ screen . which I can cancel or erase its not responding . Its inactive order , does not react when price going true it but its compresses my screen . How I can fix this or at list decompress my screen . I did Repair NT8 function but it does not change it and I just did complete new NT8 installation lust week.

    Thank you or using NinjaTrader.


    Please forward your log and trace files to support@ninjatrader[dot]com using the instructions below:
    • Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
