Agile.net Error "0x32665bb9"

I don't have any problem to open v8.0, the problem only occurs on v8.1.

This does appear to be an error with the installation of Agile.

May I confirm you have updated NinjaTrader to 8.1.3.0 specifically? (Help > About)
If not, please update to the latest release.

Next, shutdown NinjaTrader and uninstall Agile from the Windows Settings window > Apps > Installed apps
Restart the computer after uninstalling
Re-download the Agile 6.9.1.2 installer specially from the link in the help guide.

Reinstall Agile using the installer downloaded from the help guide.
Run Agile and ensure the license key is inserted and that you are able to see the Agile application on the screen.

Looks like the error it's on the Agile, because I got the same error when I try to open Agile 6.9.1.2
