I screwed up my risk settings, now I'm permanantly locked out of trading

I was experimenting with risk settings and managed to set them so for some reason they don't unlock. Each day thta goes by the account is still locked as I selected the lock settings if risk settings are activated.

How can I unlock my account?

Thank you for posting.

Is your account with NinjaTrader Brokerage? If so to unlock your account please send an email to [email protected] and within the email please include your account number and the first and last 3 letters or digits of the Username you are using when logging into NinjaTrader Desktop.

My account is not blocked, but a problem with the trailing drawdown
writes: Risk Settings Locked. Will release by 6:00 PM E.T.
