NinjaTrader desktop is randomly, constantly disconnecting from my data feed (ninja trader account, data feed bought through ninja trader page) - I have no idea what broker it is.
I don't think it is an internet connection issue with my PC/laptop/WIFI mumbo jumbo. I have ninja trader web trading open constantly too (tradovate) and it still works and provides fresh data when at the same time ninja trader desktop does not and shows "disconnected" icon. So I have to constantly check if ninja trader connection is lost or still active, this is HUGE problem, since I don't have time to constantly monitor, whether the connection is still active or not. THIS IS VERY VERY CONFUSING! Especially when I want to use order flow+ tools.
I've already seen similar topics and NO specific answer, and I think this is a mega huge issue.
Please do something with it.
I am no techie, IT geek or whatsoever, but it really is a problem with NinjaTrader Desktop. I mean, when it looses connection and never get it restored, I have tradovate web version of it running (no connection lost), I have teams telco with friends - no connection lost. So connection is there, why NinjaTrader is loosing it?
