Can't login to my NinjaTrader from a new computer

I'm in the process of rebuilding my computer after installing a new hard drive. When trying to login to my NinjaTrader account from this new computer, due to the multi authentication, I couldn't pass the challenge and it said I needed to call NinjaTrader. It gave me a number but its only available on the week days. Is this correct? I can't work on reinstalling NinjaTrader on the weekends?

In order to download the installer for the platform, you would need to log in to the Dashboard.
To regain access to the NinjaTrader Dashboard using this username, please call our support team during our regular support hours, which are:

• 8am to 4pm CST, Monday through Friday.

Another reason I guess not to use the newer 'login' builds. Why is there no automated recovery option? Is there no automated recovery via backup email etc., in process? I still keep finding new reasons to NOT upgrade!

Unfortunately, users would also need access to the NinjaTrader Dashboard to download previous releases of NinjaTrader, as well.
I cannot confirm any planned changes to the way backups are done in NinjaTrader Desktop, however I can recommend reviewing the support article linked below if you are not familiar with our (non-automated) backups already.
