Need NT 7.0 installation file....help!

Hello,

I'm running into an error when trying to load NT 7. Support says I need to run the install program and click "repair". After scouring my computer hard drives, I realize that I don't have the NT 7 install file.

Can anyone post the file or direct me as to where I can get it?

You may download the most recent NinjaTrader 7 installer from within the NinjaTrader Dashboard.

To access this, please use your NinjaTrader account to log in at the address below:

https://account.ninjatrader.com/welcome

If you have not yet created a NinjaTrader Dashboard account (this is required as of October 2022), please click on "Get Started" and select "Not ready for live trading" rather than "Open Account."

This would create a demo/simulation account with full NinjaTrader 7 and 8 access.

Hello, it won't let me do a repair because when I try to launch the install program I get the following error. There is no opportunity to hit the "repair" option as I can't get by this error message.

Thank you very much for your reply.

Please first uninstall NinjaTrader 7 through Windows' Apps & Features. Once uninstalled, you should then experience no further issues reinstalling the platform.

The existing data will not be affected as the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder is not modified during the uninstallation.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if this still fails!
