Kinetic EOD for ICE?

Hi.
Until late March, I was receiving EOD data for several contacts for softs (KC, CT, CC, SB etc) from Kinetic. Then it stopped. Can you explain why that might have happened?

I assume I was getting it from Kinetic... I do have a CQG feed, but I don't think CQG was involved.

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately this is an ongoing issue between this exchange data and the NinjaTrader historical data servers. This included the "built-in" Kinetick EOD connection.

At this time NinjaTrader can only provide real-time ICE US market data and order routing on supported ICE US futures contracts via the "NinjaTrader Continuum" connection on NinjaTrader Desktop.

  • Unfortunately, the historical data is not currently available.

The ICE is not currently supported with the "NinjaTrader" connection type in the Desktop Platform, nor is it supported on the Web or Mobile Platforms at this time.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are looking into offering this again in the future.
