MT5 to Ninjatrader 8 data bridge

Hello,
I want to be able to get historical & real-time data from MT5 into NT8 so that I can do my analysis in NT8 and then fire off orders either directly in MT5 or if possible even in NT8.
Does anyone know if this possible?
