NT8 workspaces / charts not updating with market data

    NT8 workspaces / charts not updating with market data

    Hi - My NT8 workspaces will load and display "current" bars, but then will not update with price movements. I have restarted NT and my PC, no change. The Order Ticket window does display price changes - but charts are not updating. This has been a stable workspace for several weeks and I haven't made any changes to my laptop applications.

    I'd advise contacting us directly with your log and trace files so that we may investigate this more directly. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default. Please also make sure to include a brief description of this issue for our team.
