Hi I'm trying to import historical data. I have exported a sample from NT8.1 and re-imported it successfully. And the sample data (converted from SierraChart data) is in exactly the same format, but will not import successfully.

EDIT: Ok after uninstalling, then re-installing, I can't even get it to accept it's own data. The weird thing is it goes straight to 0 records. It doesn't even seem to try. What am I missing here?
EDIT 2: I solved it. For anyone with the same issue, what fixed it for me was the file name. I started changing the names to keep the mounting sample files organized. But NT8 is looking for a specific file naming convention ([instrument].[type].txt).
