Problem Subscribing To Market Data

Hi everyone,


Yesterday I purchased the Level 1 CBOT plan from NinjaTrader, but everytime when I try to load a 5 minute chart with the symbol MTN JUN24, which is part of CBOT, I get the following message from the NinjaTrader platform:


Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Our tech support team is happy to take a look at this with you - please email your 'log' and 'trace' files to support@ninjatrader[dot]com using the instructions below:

• Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
