Adding Instrument to Instrument List

If I have a EOD Stock Chart Open, is it possible to add the Symbol to an Instrument List from the chart? Not talking about going to Control Panel | Tools | Instrument List to add it there.

I thought I saw somewhere that it could be done.

Thank you for the message.

Unfortunately, no. There is no way to add an instrument to an instrument list from the Chart window.

You could edit them from the Instrument Lists menu as you suggest.

Or, a window that would allow you to save a whole list is the Market Analyzer.

• Click on the window and type your desired instrument and press Enter
• Once you have the whole list made, right-click and click Create Instrument List...
• Since it doesn't let you save over another list, if you need to make new iterations, you could add a number at the end:
  • For Example: My List 1, My List 2, My List 3, and so on.
  • Then, go into the Instrument List manager and remove the old ones as needed
