Continuum Data Gaps

I'm seeing a gap in Continuum data for the following period: 2023-04-05 13:03 CT - 2023-04-14 16:00 CT. I've attempted to clear the db and redownload data several times but continue to see the same gap. I've also attempted a clean install of the latest version of NinjaTrader on a separate pc but still had the same gap after attempting to downloading data. I've tried downloading data through the Historical Data manager and pulling up a chart while connected to Continuum but neither are successful in filling the gap. This is across all the futures instruments that I have checked, 6A, 6C, 6J, CL, ES, GC, HG, NG, NQ, YM, RTY. Any other ideas on what might be causing this or ways to solve?
