How to Download Years of Historical Contract Data

I would like to download Historical data (like about 10 years for CL) to run in Strategy Analyzer.

I'm not sure how I'm supposed to open NT.
What I've been doing is clicking Simulation to open NT.
I then disconnect and connect to Live.
Then I select Tools/Historical Data and click the arrow next to Download to provide my start and end dates.
Is this correct?

I have a lifetime NT license and recently was approved and funded my NT brokerage account.

Hi,
The NinjaTrader website shows a $12/mo data plan.
Is that what you are referring to?
Under that plan, tick data only goes back 1 year?

So, when I logon to my NT brokerage account from the website, It says that I have not yet subscribed to a data plan (please see attached image).
Is what you are referring to different from the NT brokerage account data plan offerings?
(The thing is, the NT website doesn't really describe in detail what data is include in those plans.)
If so, then I would need to seek support from a different NT department?

Do you know about how far back the CL Historical data goes?
Are we still talking about about 1 year of Tick data?
