Yellow Circle on connection

Hello. I have yellow circles again when connecting Ninja desktop and IRONBEAM account. But now I can tell you the reason for this glitch.... I left unclosed two positions this: 1 ES mini 500 and 10 MES mini 500 for clearing time. Under the right conditions I decided to close both positions. First of all I closed 1 ES mini 500. The contract closed. But when I closed 1 ES mini 500 Ninja desktop stopped responding to commands to close the second position which is 10 MES mini 500. I had to urgently call IRONBEAM trade desk to close the blocked position. It was scary and a huge stress (((
Currently Ninja desktop does not connect to Continuum and no account information is visible. Please fix this error it is very dangerous.

The terminal was working fine. The desktop crashed after closing the position - 1 contract, which went through clearing. Now Ninja desktop does not connect to Continuum - no quotes and no account information. One contract still managed to close, but then the desktop did not respond to the trade buttons from the chart. I had to close the position via IRONBEAM trade desk. The last time I wrote about it was the same. Unfortunately, the desktop connected to Continuum only after the next clearing. Now it seems to be the same story and sequence.
when I disconnect the desktop, a warning appears that there is an open position - although all positions have been closed by a trade desk specialist.

Hello. The connection was restored on its own 24 hours after the failure. The reason for the failure is now confirmed and clear - it is to stay with the position while clearing. There's a weak link there. Please fix the cause of these failures. In the first case, I followed all the recommendations for restoring the connection that support sent me, up to a complete reinstallation of NT8. Then these recommendations did not help. In the current case of failure I did not do anything as it is very time consuming and the connection was restored also by myself I think when all calculations were made inside the system.
