Tickdata LLC using Tickwrite following import instructions but still getting error

Trying to import new data from Tickdata LLC. I've tried all of the download options on Tickwrite, which is the tool they provide to export the data. Using the Tick Data LLC Format option in the historical import pulldown, I am still getting errors and have been unsuccessful.

Can you please provide the settings to download the data from Tickwrite so it can be imported into the historical data? I'm assuming NT can import the data without further editing as the knowledge base instructions on importing from Tickdata LLC seems to suggest.

In order to import data successfully the type of data such as Tick, Minute, etc. must have the specific data format and file name outlined at the link provided below:

I have followed the instructions on that page you listed. However, it does not tell you which of the many variables to choose when using Tick Data LLC, which is where it would be helpful as it seems like NT has some sort of system in place specifically for importing data from them.

If you continue to experience this issue I suggest contacting the vendor directly to verify if they can provide assistance with their add-on.

Zeezee, were you able to figure out how to fix this issue? I am having similar problems.

I had a friend who was able to use a script to reformat the output from Tickdata into something NT import could recognize.
